The first step in adopting a Doodle puppy from My Choice Puppy is to fill out our Puppy Adoption Application. We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible to help us match you with the perfect companion.
Once your application is submitted, you’ll have the opportunity to place a $200 deposit. This deposit secures your chance to either reserve a currently available puppy or be added to our deposit list for an upcoming litter. Only families who have placed a deposit will be eligible to reserve a puppy.

If you choose to enroll in pet insurance and feed your puppy TLC or Health Extension dog food our recommended brands the health guarantee extends up to twelve years. 2. Deworming
All puppies are dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age.

For your peace of mind, each puppy receives a full health checkup from our licensed veterinarian before going home. A copy of the veterinarian’s clean bill of health is included in your puppy care packet, so you can feel confident bringing home a healthy, well-cared-for companion.

Choose Your Puppy
If your application is approved, you may place a $200 deposit (refundable up to 2 years from your deposit date minus a 9% processing fee) to be placed on a waiting list. In time, you’ll begin receiving puppy announcements where you can choose a puppy from a new litter.
Greate Memories
Once you’ve been matched with the puppy of your choice, you can either pick them up from one of our trusted Partner Homes or take advantage of our convenient Delivery Services.
